An absentee owner is anyone who owns a property but does not live in it.  The property could be a rental, inherited, an investment, or a vacant home, and the owner could live in Ohio or another state.  Absentee owners’ goals are different than those of owners who live in their homes.  As a result, different strategies are needed to accomplish the goal of SOLD.
